Exciting ENMU Anthropology Programs

Eastern New Mexico University offers anthropology, the study of humanity, both past and present, in four subdivisions.

  • Archaeology - the study of past cultures
  • Biological Anthropology - the study of human diversity and the evolution of the human family
  • Cultural Anthropology - the study of living humans and their culture
  • Linguistic Anthropology - concentrates on the relationship between language and culture

Along with the undergraduate major or minor in anthropology programs, ENMU also offers a nationally recognized graduate program.  See below for a sampling of the programs.

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts in Anthropology, Emphasis in Archaeology
